Covid19

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information Center

What is Coronavirus:

Coronavirus (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus. Most people infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment.

Older people, and those with underlying medical problems like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, and cancer are more likely to develop serious illness.

How does it spread:

The COVID-19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes, so it’s important that you also practice respiratory etiquette (for example, by coughing into a flexed elbow).

Currently, there are no specific vaccines or treatments for COVID-19. However, there are many ongoing clinical trials evaluating potential treatments. COVID-19 has now been declared a pandemic, which is a global outbreak of a disease.

Sanitizing and Disinfecting Services

Greenlion Cleaning & Maintenance can sanitize and disinfect your offices, homes, commercial properties and vehicles, with an EPA approved sanitizer. This helps to prevent the spread of viruses and bacteria. The CDC recommends cleaning of high-touch surfaces and press-able buttons, as a result we have customized an action plan for such surfaces. Some of these areas include door handles, counters, light switches, faucets, bathroom fixtures, tables, water fountains, handrails, elevator cabs, keyboards, etc.

Greenlion is also uniquely positioned to provide sanitizing services for gyms, retail stores, playground equipment, schools, churches, etc.

  • Stay home when you are sick.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
  • Avoid touching your face and cover coughs and sneezes
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
